Refund and Return Policy


  • You can return your ordered goods within 7 days after delivery.
  • To exercise your right to return goods you must inform the company the valid reason for the return request. 
  • Exchanges are accepted for open-box products that are in unused condition and have no physical damage. We do not accept exchanges for pre-owned or used products.
  • Only new or open-box products in original, unused condition are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Upon receiving your request we will start the refund procedure within 24 hours and update you on the status of your request within 24 hours by mail & registered mobile.
  • The company will arrange free pick up of your returned goods.
  • You can get the update on your return request by writing us to mail or on call at 8980008627.
  • Within 7 days the company will refund your payment as per your suggested payment preference.
  • There is no restocking fee for returns.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • We accept returns for open-box products as long as they are in unused condition and have no physical damage. We do not accept returns for pre-owned or used products.
  • Please keep the item in its original condition and packaging along with the MRP tag and accessories for successful pickup.
  • Make sure that you are returning goods to the assigned partner by the company, We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet return conditions at our sole discretion.
  • Upon receipt of the product at ECS facility and confirmation, refund shall be issued.
  • The return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.
